I cannot believe this trip is nearly over! After four
months, this trip is coming to an end. It has been an experience I will not forget
anytime soon. I have learned so much about myself, history, different life
styles, and have grown in my faith as well. My mind has been opened up to
different ways of living that I would have never seen at home. It has been so
fun to hang out with my family, even though they did drive me crazy at times.
We have met so many awesome people along the way, and that has been really
cool.
Four months has seemed like a year, and after a while, this
trip felt like normal life. There were tough times and really good times, but
overall it was really fun. This trip has really made me appreciate home a lot
more. Seeing all the different places people live in has made me feel very
lucky about the place I live in.
The town we’re staying in right now is full of so many kind
people. We were even invited over to someone’s house to watch soccer. We have
stopped sight seeing, which is a really nice break, and have just been hanging
out and going to the pool. This was a really nice way to end off the trip.

This trip has been amazing, but I miss home and can’t wait to come back to Canada! I’m so sorry for the long gaps of time in which I didn’t post, and I’m sorry for the posts themselves which were not that great. Thank you for following, and we’ll see you guys soon!
Awww Kaija! Your posts were great! I loved looking at the pictures, and what you said in them was very you. I'm so happy that you got to do this. I can't wait to see you in 24 hours!
ReplyDeleteYour blog has been great. Thanks for teaching us through it. You're really tanned and Taya has a lot of mosquito bites on her feet that are really itchy. Happy flying. See you tomorrow:)
